Refund and Return Policy

At Aegis Palladium, we want every purchase to feel smooth, secure, and satisfying. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange as per the policy below.

Return Window

You can request a return within 07 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with tags, invoice, and all included accessories.

7 Day Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange for eligible products. If you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or wish to exchange it for another available option, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if:

The product is unused and in original condition.
The product has no scratches, stains, marks, damage, or signs of use.
Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories are included.
The request is raised within the allowed return or exchange period.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without tags and invoice. Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless mentioned otherwise.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will update you on the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Duties and Taxes

Duties, taxes, shipping fees, and payment gateway charges are non refundable where applicable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order details and clear product images. After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement, exchange, or return support.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Since eligible orders are processed for same-day shipping, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
